Organize PDF pages online

Fix a PDF with pages in the wrong order, remove pages you do not need, or rotate a single sideways scan without changing the rest of the document. Review page previews, arrange the document visually, and download a new PDF when the order is right.

How to organize PDF pages

  1. Upload a PDF file. Drag your document into the upload area or choose it from your device. The tool creates page previews so you can see the complete document before making changes.
  2. Reorder pages with drag and drop. Drag any page card and drop it on another card to move it into a new position. The order shown in the grid becomes the order in your downloaded PDF.
  3. Rotate individual pages. Use the left or right rotation button on a page card when a scan is sideways or upside down. You can rotate one page without affecting the rest of the PDF.
  4. Remove unwanted pages. Select the remove button on a page to exclude it from the new PDF. If you remove a page by mistake, use "Undo last removal" before downloading.
  5. Download the organized PDF. Click "Organize and download PDF" to save a separate copy with the new page order, rotations, and selected pages.

What does an organize PDF tool do?

An organize PDF tool lets you control the structure of a document one page at a time. Instead of editing text inside a PDF, you can change the page order, remove pages that are not needed, and correct the orientation of individual pages. This is useful when a PDF was scanned in the wrong sequence, assembled from several sources, or prepared for printing and sharing.

For example, a report may have a cover page placed in the middle, an appendix before the conclusion, or a landscape scan turned sideways. Organizing the pages gives you a clean new copy without rebuilding the document from scratch.

Reorder PDF pages with drag and drop

Page previews make it easier to work with long documents because you can see the page layout before changing it. Drag a page card to a different position to rearrange the PDF visually. The number below each preview shows its new place in the output document, while the label on the preview identifies its original page number.

This is helpful for reports, course notes, scanned records, portfolios, presentation handouts, manuals, and combined document packs. Before downloading, review the grid from left to right and top to bottom to confirm that the reading order matches the order you want readers to see.

Delete PDF pages without editing the original file

Remove blank pages, duplicate scans, unwanted cover sheets, outdated attachments, or pages intended only for internal review. Removed pages are excluded from the downloaded copy, while the source PDF remains unchanged on your device.

If you remove a page accidentally, use "Undo last removal" to restore it before creating the new file. If you want to discard all changes and begin again, "Reset order" restores the original page sequence and clears page removals and rotations.

Rotate one PDF page or several pages

Scanned PDFs often contain a mixture of portrait and landscape pages. A single page may be sideways while the remaining pages are correct. Use the rotate controls on the relevant preview to turn that page left or right, then keep organizing the rest of the document normally.

Rotation is applied to the downloaded PDF, so you can correct individual scans without converting pages to images or recreating the document. Use the page previews to identify the page you want to change before you download.

Common examples of organizing PDF pages

Fix a scanned report: A scanner may save pages in reverse order or place a landscape chart sideways. Drag pages back into the correct reading sequence and rotate only the chart page.

Prepare a client document: Remove draft pages, internal comments, blank sheets, or duplicate attachments before sharing the final document with a client or colleague.

Create a clean study pack: Rearrange notes into topic order, remove repeated pages, and place a summary page at the beginning before printing or sending the PDF.

Arrange a portfolio: Move your strongest examples to the beginning, remove older work, and create a better reading flow without re-exporting every source file.

Private PDF organization in your browser

Organize PDF Pages processes the selected document locally in your browser. Your file is not uploaded to a server for page reordering, deletion, or rotation. When you finish, the browser downloads a separate organized PDF and your original file remains unchanged.
